We've had a few reports of messages being duplicated in the chat window.   We're not entirely certain what causes it.    

Some users report success in dealing with this by turning OFF the flood control.  Others have said it has more to do with the Refresh Rate setting (2000 is default).   Increasing it or decreasing it may make a difference.

At this point... we would suggest trying the above.  Until we have more info....
